By placing an order with PopupCap, you agree to the following terms.
Ordering Process
- You submit your logo/design request through our website.
- We create a custom design and produce a real physical sample, delivered as a proof within 24 hours.
- You review and approve the proof, or request revisions (2 free rounds included; additional revisions are $25 each).
- Upon approval, full payment (100%) is required before production begins.
- Production takes approximately 4 business days, followed by 3 business days of express shipping.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order quantity is 500 units. We are unable to accommodate orders below this quantity.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and include production, express shipping, and applicable customs duties (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal, including credit and debit card payments processed through PayPal's secure checkout. Full payment is required upon proof approval, before production begins.
Customs Clearance
For formal customs entry under our DDP terms, we require an importer identification number (EIN for businesses, or SSN for individuals). This is requested after proof approval and used solely for customs clearance purposes.
Intellectual Property
PopupCap's cap design and construction method are proprietary, with a U.S. design patent pending. By ordering from PopupCap, you retain ownership of your submitted logos and designs, and grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Product Materials and Limitations
PopupCap products are made from 300gsm premium paper stock with a water-based matte coating on the printed surface. Products are designed for dry to lightly humid conditions and are not intended for use in rain or high-moisture environments. See our product FAQ for full details.
Limitation of Liability
PopupCap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to damage caused by exposure to moisture or improper handling.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
