Before Proof Approval

You may cancel your order at any time before approving your proof. Cancellations made before approval receive a full 100% refund, no fees and no questions asked.

 

After Proof Approval

Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately. Because materials are cut specifically for your design, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after approval.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are covered by our courier's standard shipping insurance. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date with photos (for damage claims), and we will arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.

 

Design Revisions

Two rounds of proof revisions are included at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond the first two are $25 each and do not affect your order's cancellation eligibility.
